Amanda has decided she loves horses !!! Lucky for her we have friends with a very old/tame horse named Mitzy. Amanda had been asking for a photo shoot with Mitzy and after several tries we finally managed to take some pictures just before dark on a beautiful fall day! Amanda had to go up in the meadow and bring Mitzy down to the barn.
I had Amanda stop here because of the tree behind her !
We seen a similar pose to this on another blog and decided to try it at this big tree!
Mitzy behaved very well for Amanda.
I had to play with the sunlight coming thru the trees ! I love how the light rims the horses head & back.
Amanda wanted to included her American girl doll, Mia and Mia's horse in the photo shoot
Today we are celebrating Amanda's 11th birthday ! Later this afternoon I made arrangements for Amanda & a friend to ride Mitzy !!! And then it's out to eat - Amanda's choice ( most likely KFC or pizza =)
